This is a free 20 minute discovery call for us to get to know each other and ask any questions you have about my coaching process. It is also a space for you to discuss any obstacles or concerns you may have and desired goals.

Individuals - $150 

Couples - $180

I'm ready to make a change, but I prefer to book individual sessions.

Individuals -$800 ($100 Savings)

Couples -$980 ($100 Savings)

 I know I’d prefer a 6-session package because it gives me ample time for deep exploration and sustained progress.
